Police arrested five members of the vicious Dominican gang Trinitarios on Sunday for the grisly murder of 15-year-old Lesandro Guzman-Feliz.
Police have not confirmed at this time the exact number of arrests but said it has identified multiple suspects and is in the process of interviewing some of them. Initial arrests have been made, and more are anticipated. Lesandro Guzman-Feliz's murder received national attention for the sheer brutality of it, and for what investigators said they believed was a case of mistaken identity, reports the New York Post. According to some eyewitness accounts, police did nothing to help the teen, who collapsed on the sidewalk near the hospital after asking for water.
On June 20th, the five men dragged Junior out of a bodega on E.183 St. and Bathgate Ave and stabbed him repeatedly with machetes. Guzman-Feliz attended Dr. Richard Izquierdo Health and Science Charter School.
Detectives are investigating whether the five Trinitarios members were actually seeking revenge on a similar looking young man who made a porn film that featured one of the gang member's relatives.

"They kill him. They kill me, too".
"Since he was 5 years old, he told me, 'Mommy, I want to be a police, '" Feliz told the New York Post.
Police said they responded to a 911 call about an assault in progress just before midnight on Wednesday. The suspects bolted and Guzman-Feliz ran over to the hospital across the street, where he died.
