Spider-Man will be an exclusive game available on the PS4 and fans can swing between the NY skyline and take down The Big Apple's biggest crime lords all on the intensely red new PS4 Pro. Friday at Comic-Con International in San Diego, the publisher beat the drum for its core Spider-Man titles as well as the many alternate universe spinoffs on the way this fall. The bundle also comes with a copy of the game and a red and white controller. The paint job is a beautifully vibrant red that matches the new Spider-Man suit. These three are in addition to the existing trio shown in the first trailer: Miles Morales (voiced by Shameik Moore), Peter Parker (voiced by Jake Johnson), and Spider-Gwen aka Gwen Stacy (voiced by Hailee Steinfeld). Fleischer said it just makes sense that Sony already is thinking about how to bring Spider-Man and Venom together on the same screen, as audiences warm to the cold-blooded symbiote. This glow-in-the-dark suit is an original design made specifically for the game, and it's the only suit in the pack without any connections to the movies or comics. The bundle will be available starting on September 7, the same day Marvel's Spider-Man arrives.
The bad news is that this limited edition bundle has only been announced for the US and Canada, where it will retail for $399.99. The PS4 Pro also has 1TB of storage space on board. On PS4 Pro, users can expect the game to run in 2160p dynamic 4K resolution.
