There's more evidence to suggest the Xperia XZ3 will be showing up in Berlin. Sandwiched in between there's an all-new 7000-series aluminum alloy frame, one of the highest-strength available, according to Sony.
Sony is expected to take the wraps of the Xperia XZ3 at IFA 2018, which is now being held in Berlin, Germany. The phone weighs 193 gms and is 9.9 mm thick.
Many leaks were claiming that the Xperia XZ3 will ship with 6GB of RAM, but that is not the case, at least for the global version of the device that Sony introduced today.
The "heart" of the Xperia XZ3 has become the flagship Snapdragon processor 845, which is paired with graphic accelerator Adreno 630 will provide a quick user interaction and the device. Both the Xperia XZ2 and XZ3 come with Sony's 19-megapixel Motion Eye camera on the rear. Thanks to new technology, the device allows you to instantly launch the camera in the horizontal position of the device.
The only other main difference between the XZ2 and Xperia XZ3 is the 5-megapixel front-facing camera has been swapped out for a more flagship-grade 13-megapixel sensor. On the front, there is an upgraded S-Force speaker that can deliver up to 20 percent louder volume than what Xperia XZ2 could offer.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C port. While the device continues to feature the dedicated shutter button, there is no 3.5mm audio jack.
The Xperia XZ3 will be landing in the USA with a price tag of $899 on September 24 through Amazon and Best Buy. You will have to splash out $899.99 in order to get the Xperia XZ3, though.
