Following the death of Loki in Avengers: Infinity War, actor Tom Hiddleston has once more left if rather ambiguous whether or not the Asgardian God of Mischief is truly dead. In September, Evangeline Lilly - who stars as The Wasp/Hope Van Dyne in the Marvel Cinematic Universe - celebrated the end of filming for the upcoming feature in her Instagram post.

Disney and Marvel are severely limiting Avengers: Infinity War's Oscars campaign to ensure their other film, Black Panther, scores multiple nominations at the 2019 awards. THR points out that Marvel typically pays lower salaries for debut standalones - even Robert Downey Jr. was paid only $500,000 for the first "Iron Man". It's rumoured to be a prequel, set before the events of the first Avengers film.
