Spice Girls have announced a six-date United Kingdom stadium tour for next June. The announcement had been built up throughout the day, and Victoria Beckham - although not taking part in the reunion - is very much supportive of her friend's going ahead without her.
The Spice Girls 1996 debut single Wannabe topped the charts in 37 countries, including the UK, US and Germany.
They will first perform on June 1 at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester, before heading to the Coventry Ricoh Arena on June 3 and Sunderland Stadium Of Light on June 5.
"Friendship never ends? So Why Is Victoria Beckham not joining?"
Tickets go on sale Saturday 10th November at 10:30am and can be purchased here. We hope everyone can join us for one big Spice Girls party!'More news: Brent Taylor, mayor of North Ogden, Utah, killed in Afghanistan insider attack
Beckham, second from right, performs with the Spice Girls, including, from left, Emma Bunton, Mel B, Melanie C, and Geri Halliwell at the Brit Awards on February 24, 1997. "I'm now properly screaming it from every rooftop - me and my girls will see you all on stage!" They will be supported by Jess Glynne.
"It's just the four of us that are fully confirmed, but you know, Vic might join us at some point", she told Britain's ITV. "It'd be a shame if she didn't".
Last year Halliwell Horner apologized via Twitter for leaving the world tour in the middle in 1998.
Their debut album Spice is estimated to have sold more than 23 million copies worldwide, becoming the best-selling album of all time by a female group. With Bunton opening by asking 'Am I too old for bunches?' the four then get into a mock argument over Geri Horner being the only one to ignore the memo of wearing black.
