The film is anyways making money in the South languages and if Hindi version supports well too then recovery of the huge budget won't be an issue. In the midst of all this, Akshay Kumar drops a promo which vaguely suggests there could be a sequel to 2.0 which will be called 3.0.
Noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the collections. Apart from defeating Sarkar, it has also made Akshay Kumar the only Bollywood actor whose film has earned Rs 100 crore worldwide in just the first day.
